
Warren Grice practices full time and solely as a mediator in all matters, but primarily those that involve personal injury. He is a 1975 graduate of the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia majoring in political science.
Mr. Grice practiced law for over forty years as a litigator and trial attorney in cases involving personal injury including automobile, premises and coverage issues. The first half of his legal career was devoted to plaintiff personal injury representation. Thereafter, his practice was devoted to insurance defense with some continued plaintiff’s work. He has tried numerous jury trials both for plaintiffs and defendants. Additionally, he has evaluated for purposes of settlement and mediation, well over 1500 legal controversies. His law practice gave him the opportunity to litigate and try cases throughout every part of Georgia with its diverse venues.
In 2010, he completed his mediation training at Henning Mediation and became a registered general mediator. That same year, he also became a registered arbitrator through his training with Henning. Mr. Grice has participated in approximately a thousand mediations involving personal injury.
