Administration fee: $150 total regardless of the number of parties.
Mediation/Arbitration Hourly Fees: $200 per party per hour or a total hourly rate of $400 per hour regardless of the number of parties. There is a three hour minimum charge.
Hourly fees are the same for any requested and necessary preparation spent prior to the mediation on document review. All charges will be shared equally among all parties unless otherwise agreed.
Mr. Grice maintains a suite of offices in Macon, Georgia which includes a large conference room and separate caucus/breakout rooms that may be utilized without charge. Mediations may be conducted at his office or another agreed-upon location. Zoom or other electronic means are available for mediations should the parties be unable to meet personally. If the mediation is held outside of Bibb County, while Mr. Grice does not charge for travel time, depending on the extent of travel, the above stated $150 administrative fee will be adjusted for travel expenses which will be stated and agreed upon in advance.
